These sessions begin with an energetic tune up, guiding you to release inauthentic energies from your space. We will then call back authentic energies and fortify your auric field. Following the tune up, your sessions are intuitively guided, tailored to each client and their needs. Your session may consist of: -Processing intense emotions -Energetic Cord cutting and releasing -Inner Child Work -Parts Work -Soul Contract Updating -Resourcing from Nature and Elements Mika is also a SIMRA practitioner. SIMRA allows the healer to resolve emotional wounds and limiting beliefs directly in the client’s auric field — meaning, the effects of SIMRA can sometimes be felt immediately. From there, a new energy pattern can be created by both client and healer, resulting in profound levels of healing, and a powerful increase in abundance, success, and clarity. As you hold space to receive this energy, it can produce tremendous transformation.
